- For Silk and Fabric, if surface dirt comes into contact with the fabric, gently wipe it away using a soft, dry cloth. Do not clean your shoes with soap and water. Should your shoes sustain any significant damage, we recommend consulting a professional cobbler for repair.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Domestic
We offer complimentary shipping within United States. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information included. Orders shipped through USPS will arrive typically in 2-5 business days. Signature requirement for packages are available upon request.
International
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days but delays could occur during customs clearing and busy periods.
RETURNS
We want every pair of shoes to meet your expectations. We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items cannot have any scuffs, marks, scratches or signs of wear. All tags, dustbags and shoebox are considered part of your purchase and must be returned undamaged and in the original condition to be accepted.
Once your return is received, please allow 24-72 hours for processing. If approved, you will receive a follow-up email. Return will be processed to the original form of payment.
